"Texas Flags" is the newest lithograph of the Texas Capitol by Capitol Artist Ray Spivey and honors the 89th Session of the Texas Legislature.

The view is from the old General Land Office, a beautiful building on the southwest location of the Capitol grounds. ​

 

The lithographs are 18" x 24," signed and numbered for $49 each.  Tax and shipping are included.

Ray has painted a commemorative image of the Capitol each session since 1997.
